REVEREND LILIETH BAUGH
Reverend Lilieth Baugh, Iterant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church. The second child and first daughter of nine children was born on the twelfth day of March to parents Milton Baugh and Elveda Ricketts and was raised in St. Andrew, Jamaica West Indies.
Reverend Baugh responded to the call of God on her life 20 years ago and has been with the Lord ever since. She loves the Lord and has demonstrated it in her passion to serve God with the spirit of excellence. Reverend Baugh also has a passion to walk with others in the darkness of pain and grief as it gives her opportunities to share the light, love and grace of God on the journey to re-authoring victorious stories.
Reverend Baugh began her professional career as an instructor in vocational education in Jamaica. She managed a vocational educational institution for three years, was a stylist in the fashion industry, and the national quality control specialist for the garment industry in Jamaica. She worked in the United States banking industry for ten years. She left Continental Bank as a staff accountant to answer her call to ministry.
Reverend Baugh holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in business management from the University of the West Indies as well as a Bachelors of Arts in business management with a major in financial management and a minor in accounting from Temple University. In addition, she completed two master degrees: Divinity & Clinical Social Work at Palmer Seminary, the seminary of Eastern University and her clinical studies at Widener University.
Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29: 11-14 “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
